He currently leads Molecular Virology at Vaxart, where his work has included improving adenoviral vaccine potency, implementing Nanopore sequencing for viral genome characterization, and applying AI-based protein design tools to develop novel vaccine antigens.Previously, he led research teams at A*STAR in Singapore, where he directed programs in antibody discovery, stem cell technology, and therapeutic development.
